Following the success of the PEERS Teens & Young Adult 14-week programs I’ve been holding, I’ve decided to create this stand alone Dating Skills course.

The PEERS® program is an internationally acclaimed, evidence-based social skills group program for adolescents and young adults with social challenges.

PEERS® Dating Skills is a 4-week online program for those interested in focusing on improving basic conversational skills with the main focus on dating skills

It would be a great extra bonus to older teens who have already completed the PEERS for Teens Social Skills 14-week program or a stand alone course for those who wish to focus on the dating aspect of social skills.

Sessions are relaxed & fun whilst using evidence-based skill-teaching methods and will explicitly teach motivated young adults with social challenges, who are interested in learning ways to improve their conversational and dating skills, how to form more positive relationships.

Hi - I’m Vivian - the Founder of ADHD Support Australia and your presenter for this course.


As the Founder of ADHD Support Australia I have facilitated over 160 online talks with experts from around the world since 2013.


I've been a certified PEERS adolescent & young adult social skills coach since 2020 and having been running the 14-week PEERS social skills for teens and young adults program twice each year since then.


This Dating Intensive is based on the PEERS Young Adults program, which includes modules of dating. I have updated the PEERS Dating information using information from young people who are currently dating to ensure the information in the course is right up to the minute.


I'm a certified facilitator of the Parenting Children with ADHD course which I've been running face-to-face since 2015, Certified Tech Addiction & Digital Health Educator (NIDHW) and creator and facilitator of the Digital Parenting Program, and a certified NeuroACT program facilitator.


I hold a Masters of Teaching (Primary), am a former Raise Mentor, ADDCA trained ADHD Coach, mental health first aider, Lifeline accidental counsellor, passionate ADHD advocate, health & wellness geek and most importantly, an experienced ADHD mum (and adult with ADHD).


I’ve navigated my way through all aspects of raising a daughter with ADHD (& much more).


Since 2013, when I started a local ADHD support group, my passion has been supporting others on the same journey using the benefit of the knowledge I’ve picked up along the way.


My journey continues still as I learn what it means to parent a young adult with ADHD and navigate my own ADHD too!


When I'm not running ADHD Support Australia, you’re likely to find me at the farmer’s market shopping for organic produce, walking barefoot on the beach, out in nature or in my garden, soaking up some Vitamin D with my cat while researching all things health, wellness & ADHD.


I’m a podcast/audio book junkie because I just love to learn and listening allows me to find time to maximise my daily knowledge fix.
